How do i change viewer links output to have URL tags

Ii am trying to edit the code to produce viewer output links with url tags around them. I an using v3.8, all help appreciated.

v3.X requires a paid license to be used and you don't have one. If you don't want to buy Chevereto then use the free version but please, don't use a pirated version of the paid edition.
