How can I remove the sites name from the title?

So before I upgraded to Chevereto 3.x my website was on 2nd place in google on my main keyword. With 3.x, the title of my site has changed to "sitename - my main keyword". This has caused my website to fall from 2nd place to not even be in the top 10 pages...weird I know, my website has been online for 2 years and had the 2nd place from at least half that time, now its gone.

So, how do I remove the websites name and only keep the doctitle? I cant leave the field empty in settings so..
