Description of the issue
Hello I would like to increase the upload size for the homepage images, but do not know how. Is this possible. Also I notice that the images that I upload to the home page seem to vibrate when they zoom. Is there any way to stop this? By the way this is a awesome program.
 
Vibration should happen on IE/Edge due to their poor renderer. The thing is 100% CSS so in any true modern web browser will work just fine.

Are you talking about the size of the homepage background images or something else?
