By the way, if you want to add your custom CSS code go to Dashboard > Settings > Theme

/dashboard/settings/theme

Then locate the "Custom CSS code".

I removed code from the style.min.css file and added the custom CSS code from the panel instead

error you are getting is open_basedir restriction, you are trying to read a content from outside your account which is why this error comes up, either find what is trying to read outside your account or disable open_basedir protection.
