Is just the installer which is not working for Chevereto Free + PHP 7.3, you have plenty installation methods already: https://v3-docs.chevereto.com/setup/install.html

You are using the Open Source edition, which is provided "as-is" and you aren't paying any money to get the instant support response you are demanding. I confirmed the bug and told you that I will work on that later on.
I don't know in which culture is sane to ask an author if is OK to use their work pirated. I found your words extremely inappropriate.
The installer is just one of the installation methods and as I've told you, it is PHP 7.3 restricted which is a confirmed bug that won't get fixed until I patch the repository. The software, (not the installer) works with 7.3 if you install it manually or using softaculous/fantastico.
I don't know when I will fix the installer, but it will be soon as it compromises the software provisioning. Wait and see, it should be available later today.

Sure, the software is licensed under a AGPL-3.0 License.
In the free edition you can add ads, is just that you have to edit the theme manually. In paid edition you just fill some boxes. Before you ask, I won't add support for banners in the free edition at this time.

@nomscript every nulled script is backdoored, people are using nulled scripts for spreading their rootkits, trough this, they can easily access to your root server by uploading php shells and so on, this is not only secure, its stupid tho, + pirating licensed script and you can use the free version of it, which already have tons of functions, i mean, come on dude, are you serious?
P.S
20$ for the Chevereto is more than affordable, + such small Price for a CMS where the Author has put about 5-10 Years of developing on it, and where you have FREE updates almost every month, its a shame after all to ask such question, this amount of money could even afford a North Korean citizen..
