Hello I am new despite being on the forum a while

I purchased version 3 a while back and then life decided I needed to be concentrating on other things.
So I have circled back and installed my version 3 on my website.
All was working well until I tried to manual upgrade.
So I'll be digging around here to see what I screwed up.
