I think he's asking whether he can have a button or link on his phpbb forum post composer. It would help his users to upload images from forum and get bbcode of the image directly without going to the image host and doing it manually. An in-built attachment tool or something that would upload images via chevereto and return bbcode.

P.S. - These features are already supported by postimage.org
