Guest images are not deleted by the due date

Hello to all. My guest images are not deleted, although in the settings 1 month is set from the moment of uploading. I have already asked several times exactly how the image is deleted, maybe I'm doing something wrong? Maybe you need to configure the CRON task ??

I have paintings that were uploaded on July 02, today is August 03 and they are in place.

Image deletions are triggered asap and they are fired when the script execution is about to end. Why those are not being deleted is not something that I can answer you without any details of your website.

Open a support topic. Where you must provide details to try to detect what's wrong with your server.
