▶ Reproduction steps
  1. When an album, profile or media file is uploaded.
  2. User will try to edit or change the file name or description to include words found in the block list (such as "gun violence, domestic abuse")
  3. The system will permit anything to be written, despite ("gun violence") is found to be on the stop words / global blocklist.

Ah, this makes more sense and a bit redundant in a way but forgive any disrespect.

The way I interpret or believed what "stop words" are, is basically a global blocklist where certain keywords are blocked during sign ups, public comments or anything that requires a user to input user data.

In words, if I use "rape" as a blocked / banned word, I would've hoped that said word couldn't intentionally or unintentionally be used when a comment, a profile or email is used that would contain it.

The stop words filter currently applies to Albums, Images, Tags, and Users (including name and bio). Will add the missing user attributes for v4.2.0.
