GIF Overlay, and Categorization

I'd like to have a way to enable an overlay for Animated GIFs on the Explore route, and assign the animated GIFs to specific category.
 
Systems detects animated images but it doesn't save that in the database which could be added. Do you have an example of the overlay?
 
I think that there is room for an optimal GIF showcase. Is not optimal to just show those animated gifs in listings (mostly for bw issues). I will add this at some point.
