Проблема с внешним хранилищем >> SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away

Helped reboot the server to which it was impossible to connect.
You can find out the reason? and how to fix it?
 
Ask your server admin, it could be hardware or just a reboot.
