Has anyone studied how this will impact us yet, if so, how did you rewrite your tos/privacy if you are willing to share?

I've just announced that v3.10.14 will add essentially the most needed stuff to fulfill this regulation. I found a good source of knowledge about this matter in XenForo community: Upcoming changes for GDPR compliance in XF1 and XF2

Basically, you have to tell users what you do with their data. That includes all the data that they share in your website and any data concerning cookies (doesn't include website functionality cookies).

Everything else (delete, export and consent stuff) is already included in Chevereto or it will be included in v3.10.14
