Hello

forgot email is not coming to my emails

well the password i am use to logged in i believe that it is correct but still its unable to logged in

please help me to fix this problem

Email function is giving you issues, you will have to inject a password change via PHP or create a new account and assign admin rights via mysql (users table is_admin).
 
if you got phpmyadmin you can signup on site then go to phpmyadmin at your host and change user over to admin permissions and from that account you can change password on first one and then you can delete 2nd one again.
