How is it possible to remove this ? it is really ugly to have a filename in the sharing part that is like 48502194386518519-8465-18954-13.jpg on XYXYX website :/

how to configure it to have only

Photo shared on XYXY website and a main chosen image for opentag ?

is it possible to setup the standard opentag from admin later on ? so to have a main img a main title and main description? it would be 10x more organized ;/
