Few things broken after upgrade to 3.8.3

Explore page no longer shows listings. When using the inspector I can see the browser grabbing the images but none show up on the browser. I have tried phones as well as firefox and chrome. Some of the buttons no longer work either such as Login or Explore categories dropdown.

I have enabled debug mode with no luck. Nothing showing in the apache error logs. Any help is appreciated.
