hi

everytime i try to request installation i got this message
 
The error says that Chevereto can't connect to your cPanel because your server is refusing that connection so it is impossible to fix it at our end because is your machine who is refusing the connection.

Also, the website that you indicated isn't resolving to that cPanel. I didn't found any folder pointing to what your website displays so please check that before requesting installation.

could you provide the ip who try to connect to my server to check if they are
A) making it to the server and
B) aren't blocked.
