Fail to delete the image which is stored S3 compatible storage.

🎯Description of the issue

I've updated my Chevereto installation to v3.17.0 and I'm unable to delete the image which is stored at the S3 compatible storage.
I tried to set up 2 new test sites with versions 3.16.2 and 3.17.0. And I found that only v3.17 has this issue.

▶🚶‍Reproduction steps
  1. Update to the latest version
  2. Try to delete some image which is storage at S3 compatible storage
😢Unexpected result

The file doesn't really be deleted after I click "delete" in the system.
I still can access it via URL. I also check the bucket directly and I can see that it still exists in the storage.

📃Error log message

Nothing be shown when I enable the print error
 
Also, I found that the v3.17 installation zip misses the ca-bundle.crt (app/vendor) which makes we fail to add a new S3 compatible storage in a new installed Chevereto v3.17.
