Facebook Login Android tablet

I have an iPad and my wife has a Tab 3. I am able to use the desktop computer, iPad and iPhone to login but when she uses the Tab 3 she gets a Facebook message that I didnt set something up properly. I did see a section in the Facebook App for Android but not sure what to put in the boxes of if I even need to.

Is anyone else getting a similar problem?
