Hi again Rodolfo,

The .htaccess issue is resolved now thanks to you, but now I have another big problem.

Speed is really slow on my VPS now. I checked top and there is only .11 cpu usage which is very low, and memory is still available. It must be some setting not right.

My daily traffic is less than 500 visitors, and 90% of images are 1mb and below, and max image size is 2mb. So I don't think that is the issue either.

I tried uploading a sample image, and it takes over 30 seconds to load the viewer page. Just visiting my domain takes a long time.

Rebooting the VPS lets me load the website fast and after 20 seconds, it takes a long time to load again. I don't know if the update changed some setting?

My user and pass is still same in the conversation with you.

Thanks in advance.

I have just tested it and pings are very erratic or timing out. It would be worth talking to your VPS provider about that.

That kind of issues are on the server admin side, do you have issues with other features?

Thank you for the replies Piers and Rodolfo, I resolved server issue, but I have one other problem.

In the admin panel it says I have 120,000 images uploaded, when I only should have about 12,240 images in the OLD images folder.

I have not uploaded any new images since updating to 2.2.

The only thing I can think of that gives that number is someone uploaded 180,000 images when I had flood disabled. I deleted all 180,000 temp_xxxxx files and another thing I notice is if I keep refreshing the admin page the count goes from 120,500 images to 120,462, refresh again 120,431 etc. When no new images are being uploaded/deleted.

Oh, and this script is set on private with a password. Its not public image host.

Image count is wrong, there is only 12,240 images, but it says 120,000+ images, and if I refresh then the counter goes down slowly by a few hundred.

IE: 120,500 images. Refresh and new counter is 120,453 images. Refresh again and counter now says 120,401

How do I make it display correct number? Which is 12,240 images total.

This happend when the script don't find the images that point from DB.

Yes, that happens when you somehow delete the images from the image folder (using ftp, ssh, etc). The image is not on the disk but the dB record is still there.
When Chevereto does the load it delete the records of the non-existant images but it does this for the actual file list, that's why the number slowly decrease.
