Exception when clicking on Guest Icon

▶ Reproduction steps
  1. Moderated Guest Uploads
  2. Attempted to move them to albums
  3. The move and edit options are not visible
  4. Uploaded as user camp_horizon (manager),
  5. Tried to assign albums from admin user
  6. made camp_horizon an admin
  7. so..... unable to move them, I clicked the USER icon (guest?)
  8. This is what I got (which I suspect is the cause of 3 - I don't have access to user album)
