Error while updating to a newer version

First Question

I have chevereto version 3.18.0 and updated the version to v3.20.3 while updating I got this error http://postimg.cc/QHtjXMG8

How to fix it?

Second Question

All images save to Amazon S3 and I have restored the site to the latest backup of 6th June but a few images also uploaded on 7th June and they are missing as the backup was of 6th June but those Images are still in Amazon S3.

How can I bring it back to my site?

Note: I can roll back the backup which was taken just before the restore. Please suggest me what to do.
