Enforcing HTTPS + WWW

How can i enforce https://www for my chevereto site? I would like every call to my domain to reach the https://www version via HTACCESS. I have already replaced all "http" with "https" within the code and all pages are encrypted and synced with my SSL Cert. I have not touched the HTACCESS file that comes with chevereto. That said, is there any code i can add/edit/replace to make this work? If so, please share the code. Thanks!
