Enabling expirable uploads

Hi all,

I have enabled the option expirable uploads to let the users being able to delete their images by their self's, unfortunately for some reason this option is not working for me and my users and I can't understand what is the reason behind.

I tried to check the documentation didn't find anything useful for this option and also checked my error logs didn't find something related to the option expirable uploads.

I have also checked the permissions of my images directory it's 777 should be fine.

If anyone knows where and what to check for this option, please let me know. Thanks in advance !
