Empty a Database table

Hello,

I see that there are about 15K entries in my database table chv_deletes

I have attached the image in this post

can i safely empty this table ( of course after taking the db backup) ?

Deletes are stored not because the system uses those, is just comply with some EU regulations about deleted content.

Of course that you wan wipe that table if you don't need (or want) to compy with that stuff.
