Email configuration problem and Facebook comment code configuration

Hello I would like to invest on Script but I have some problems some time ago I install the free version to test everything is fine except I can not install conjugate emails like SMTP or PHP func. second problem is I can not install the Facebook comment codes it appears an error every time help me thank you.
 
Try debug level 3 to try to detect what could be wrong in your system, for Facebook, your browser console could give you more information.
