Easily add tags when adding a new photo, similar to Categories in the main window

my idea to make it easier for users to want and know about adding tags to photos

@Rodolfo has done a tremendous amount of incredible work on tags but I think it's very important that this is implemented as tags have just been released, by implementing this it would avoid distorting the use and statistics related to tags, as at the moment I think most users won't use the tag feature as it's easy to forget it when uploading and I think that's not really good knowing that tags are the essential feature of Chevereto 4.2.0.

It’s essential to understand that while adding an input field for tags during upload seems simple, it’s just the visible part of a complex system.

Right now, our focus is ensuring a solid, consistent backend and full MySQL compatibility for all users. It’s crucial to have a reliable foundation before introducing additional features, so I appreciate your patience as we work on delivering a robust implementation.
