Duplicate image detection

Two options :
1/ On upload
- may take ressources (and time on larger file hosts)
- give the old img ID detected, so no new ID created
2/ In the file manager
- delete duplicate images BUT keep the image working (redirect to the first)
 
That's a fantastic idea.

I would be cool, if when the file is uploaded you get the "Error: Duplicate image detected", which would then simply show you the older image and give you the link to that image.
 
I dont want this for our host. Make it in a way the clients have an option for this..

I use many similar images for different things ( changing only the size or a little thingy in the image ) and that way i wouldnt be able to use our own host..

That's why I use DUPLICATE and not similar, like everything the same, same HASH/MD5SUM. Only wasted space.
