Download button not downloading

Description of the issue
The download button is just directing the S3 url and not downloading the image. My bucket is public. I followed the documentation for the external storage.

For example it just directs to this page instead of downloading:
https://<bucket>.s3.amazonaws.com/2018/06/12/afa7256680cdcba15a112893c429820a.jpg

Also I cannot reply to posts here on this forum since I don't have permission.

I can tell that the download button isn't working, but you should know that the download button is just a HTML download attribute which it has some limitations. The most important thing is that it works only on same-origin.
