Download button not disabled on small screens

Hi,

I've disabled the download button in the theme settings. This works as it should on large screens, but on small (smartphone) screens, the download button is still there. Also if you make the browser window on your desktop really small and refresh the page, a download button appears.
This happens on the following pages:
http://<domain.tld>/photo/<photocode>

Just tested the demo website and it doesn't show that bug. Most likely you have outdated theme files.
 
The download button appears below the image. The button that you see inside the image is the load button and appears when the image is too big to be loaded automatically.

Is not the same thing.
