So I assume that you want to embed http://photo-plays.com/image/download-16.ZOv as an image which won't ever work because that's not an image, it is a webpage.

You have to click the "insert" tab and from there you will be able to retrieve the image URL, which you can embed as an image. You can also retrieve the image URL by right click in the download button and selecting "copy link address".
