Different max size of upload for guest/registered member

Hello,

I would like that not registered users can upload pictures up to 3MB/picture and logged members up to 6MB/picture.
Anyway to make this possible? 🙂

I've been thinking about a way to make user groups feature more relevant and effective, and I thought there must be a notice or notification for guests (unregister members) which warned them that their images will be deleted after a period of time or they will not be able to upload pictures up to 3MB etc. what important is that they must be notified to push them to register.

what do you think about this idea @Rodolfo ?
