Hi @Rodolfo,

I have tried to revert all of my httpd (apache 2.4) and mysqld (MySQL 5.6) configuration to default but still experiencing the same issue.

Is there any way to cheat this issue? Like changing Image path and Storage mode into a specific configuration?

No. Your problem is a faulty server setup. Simply don't use the id based filenaming.

Dude, it's default setting. Anyway, what is your recommended setting for Image path and Storage mode in this case?

Anything should work but in your server you never can tell. You should ask someone to setup that server all over again.
