Default imgs / text for social shares in admin ?

is it possible or is it a hassle to implement. So no matter what ppl share it would have the default logo/img and title for everything.
 
Fb.twitter,etc would have a default admin editable text/title and img for the social shares ?

so if someone shares an image it would be that img BUT the title and text we define in the admin without filename or any other extra info.

The same for the site but it would have the default img uploaded for this purpose and title for the social web.

it mite be useless at first but for a campaign or advertisement it would be very helpful to control the content
 
That can be done via theme editing, there is a php file that contains all those settings.
