Database Setup for v4

I am trying to setup Chevereto v4 on my VPS and have followed the instructions as described in the docs:

I have successfully uploaded / extracted the content of the archive to the FTP root and have setup an empty database. The database connection strings are defined in an .env file.

While trying to access the site, I got an error like: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'h163937_chevereto_artart.chv_settings' doesn't exist which is possibly caused by the database still being empty.

Is there a way to pre-provision the table structure or to start something like a setup assistant like it was the case in v3?

V4 does includes an installer. You should describe your context and what exactly you are doing with the database.
