Dashboard stats not working

My dashboard stats do not work. They all show zero for some reason.

Also having issue uploading avatar and profile backgrounds. When I pick a picture to use it just remains stuck at uploading
 
Here's what the dashboard stats looks like:

I'll change debug to level to 3 when I get home later and post the log. Where can I find the log when I do that btw?

Nothing shows up in storage either. What other info do you need from me? I changed the debug level to 3. Where can I find a log?
 
If stats are missing then the problem is that stats have been wiped in your installation. Send me access to your server to take a look to your database, if there is something missing I will recreate those stats for you.

Thank you. Sent you access to my DB. Oh and also I forgot to mention that the stats don't change at all, even when new images are uploaded.
