Hello

I have Dashboard incorrect view. As you see on attached file, the first window has overlap by next window.

Please help.

Must be your custom editing, the default theme doesn't have that problem. Check the z-index property.
 
I don't know what you edited. You will need to check the z-index of the pop-box related elements.
