Custom Log in page

Hi,

I have a front landing page and would like to know how do i create a simple form to allow user to login from the landing page?

See attached photo. I've got in the HTML code the slot i need to put the form in, just not sure of the form code that needs to be put in.

You only need to copy the contents of the login box (pop-box-inner) of <div id="id="top-signin-menu"

the home page index.html loads before all the other pages from chevereto... does the index.html need to call any scripts of any other code first?

It must be a php page if you will use php tags, otherwise copy the printed html (the one that you got when browsing the website, not the one in the templates). The code in the templates is php-html which needs PHP to render that html.
