Cronjob rights problems in Plesk with Chevereto v4

I have since the change from version v3 to v4 the problem that I can not manage to run the cron job because it has no write permissions on the folder.

No matter with which user of Plesk, I can not run the cronjob.

A new user can not be created itself, because Plesk with its own cronjobs and rights adjustments removes this user again.

If I had to guess, I would say that you should use the same group for both users. For this kind of stuff you should contact your provider directly, the CLI user and web server user should both have access there.
