Cloudflare IP as user IP after update to 3.14

I use Cloudflare CDN and after the recent update, uploader IP address is all Cloudflare IPs instead of the real IP. Cloudflare option is already enabled in settings. I think this is due to the below change.

• Deprecated use of HTTP_* headers for client IP resolution (must use mod_remoteip, ngx_http_realip_module)

▶🚶‍Reproduction steps

1. Upload an image to the site
2. Check IP address of the uploader

😢Unexpected result

Cloudflare IP listed as uploader IP. This means we can't see the real IP or use IP ban. Screenshot attached.

If you use nginx, I recommend you checking this: https://github.com/ergin/nginx-cloudflare-real-ip (it will automatically update the new CloudFlare IP ranges for you).

I tried it, but the site goes offline when I add "include /etc/nginx/cloudflare;". So had to manually add the IPs for the time being. Might be a permission issue.

I have this working without the real-ip module..

Do you have real_ip_header CF-Connecting-IP; or real_ip_header X-Forwarded-For; in nginx config anywhere?

Same as yours;

"real_ip_header CF-Connecting-IP;"

Initially I thought it wouldn't work without the actual nginx module, but this did the trick.
