Chunked upload for files. After the video upload feature comes, this is needed because video files are larger than images. For example Cloudflare does not allow upload bigger then 100 mb.

A lot of upload/sharing websites/scripts have that function.
 
Great idea, for now you can add a page rule to exclude /json action=upload
 
They are ignoring page rules then. You should use external storage and in top of that put CloudFlare.
