Fixed bug in anywhere upload not populating album list

When using the upload user interface "On-page container" Chevereto was failing to list the album dropdown. Many thanks for the bug report.
 
Fixed bug in Chevereto Lite missing Queue class

A packaging issue was preventing Chevereto Lite to ship with the Queue class. Note the class isn't needed, it was just annoying the log.
 
Fixed bug in root album list showing nested albums

Chevereto was wrongly showing all albums under /user/albums, including nested albums, which made the whole experience very odd. Chevereto now shows just the parent albums, the way it should be.

Fixed bug with missing cache invalidation on album editing

On album editing the system was failing to invalidate caching, preventing to show the updated album list. This update fixes this issue.
 
Fixed bug in installer when reading existing database

The installer was failing to detect some existing table attributes when carrying the update process. This update fixes all the related type errors in the installer procedure.
 
Added support for floating point numbers in maximum upload size configuration

You will now able to limit upload to values like "12.5".
