Fixed bug affecting PHP pages functionality

This patch fixes the bug affecting PHP pages. The functionality should work as expected now.

Fixed bug affecting album dropdown selection

This patch fixes the bug affecting album dropdown selection on forms. The functionality should work as expected now.

For both bugs the issue was invalid handling of the cache (null) driver.
