Chevereto v3.10.8 database error

Description of the issue
I upgraded Chevereto v3.10.7 to v3.10.8 but I get a database error;

Fatal error: app/install is outdated. You need to re-upload app/install folder with the one from Chevereto 3.10.8

Site is running but...

How do I fix this?

The system files are OK. I've downloaded your zip package and I found this:

So the actual file is in the package.

Problem is your server, here:

That file is dated Jan 10 so clearly is wrong. I did /update and the thing didn't work, seems that I got a 524.

Most likely you did a manual install and you forgot to update that file. So, I ran /update again and worked.

Next time keep in mind to push all files.
