I have a question about the tiered system. I had one of my forum users today report that the pup was not functioning correctly. I checked the admin page and it seems that guest uploads is no longer supported because my site is now in single user mode. This was previously functioning fine when I upgraded to v4 but now it is not. I thought that if I had a v4 liscense these features would be enabled.

Licensing is implemented when you download the software. There's no license key handling on the actual files.

In other words, you downloaded the free edition.
