Chevereto.com is extremely fast because is hosted in Arvixe.com, simple as that. The plan that I got is VPS pro plan and is hosted at the SoftLayer datacenter.
For DNS I use CloudFlare because is quick and easy but all CloudFlare optimizations are turned off and that's about it. I also have SSD and all the goodies that you may need.
