just be aware, anything digital by most laws will premit store/seller to be allowed to reject refund. Since digital is diffirent. If product is not digital you can request a refund and return it to seller. - It also depends if Rodolfo decides to offer refund himself.

I will let @Rodolfo take care of this since i'm not staff here and i don't want to risks of being yelled out by staffs on here.
