Indeed. I updated all files, except for the active theme (though the default Peafowl) is updated. It did not work.

I then tried it again and copied all files to my test install which uses the default theme and ran the install once more and that did not work either.

For what ever reason the install is not updating the database. Even with both the install.php and install folder in their proper locations.
