Changing words in language files not work

▶ Reproduction steps
  1. Upgrading from V3 to V4 version
  2. When i change word in language file .po or in overrides folder there is no effect at all on whole website
😢 Unexpected result

After action on example en.po file there is no changes at all

There is no error logs
