Changing background?

Acedzns

Chevereto Noob
Hey, so currently I have changed the logo, header, tabs ect. Because those are all default images in the site-img folder. There's no repeating image for the background though, and as I'm new to coding I don't know how to add one.
Basically to keep it simple and clean, I have a texture that I want to have repeating for the background.

When this is repeated it adds a nice, smooth looking light texture, just making the site a little more presentable🙂

Where do I put this in my code, and how? If I have the picture in the site-img folder how do I make it repeat as the background.

It's saved as bkg_repeat

But how? Which section is the background? Is it the body html at the top? And what code do I put in to add the background?
