Errors I get when I hit the homepage.
Can you tell me what directories it's trying to write into?

System do test the writable status but sometimes servers have weird setups and while they allow to write in a given folder, php (Apache) doesn't have the same permission.

Modern server setups don't need to worry about this permission issues, for anything else check this: https://chevereto.com/docs/requirements

This is solved, but I still don't know which directory was the problem. It must need write perms into more directories than those listed.

Just old configs have those issues. The system permissions per path is something very odd for today standars and if you enable all Chevereto features then you need full permissions in all the root folder where you installed Chevereto. For instance, there will be a lot of problems with the one-click update feature because setups like yours won't be able to perform the one-click update due to permissions.

I'm aware that several users will have a problem with this one-click update but sadly there is nothing that I can do. Chevereto can't change those permissions on the fly.
